At least 1.6 million people (77% of the population) are still facing high levels of acute food insecurity in the Gaza Strip, including over 100,000 children and 37,000 pregnant and breastfeeding women projected to suffer acute malnutrition through April 2026
UNICEF and our partners are ready to act immediately and deliver lifesaving supplies:
• Therapeutic food to treat malnutrition
• Tents and tarps to provide emergency shelter
• Fuel and equipment for clean water and sanitation
• Medical supplies and vaccines to protect children’s health
• Cash advances to families to purchase food from local vendors
• Safe places and education for children
But right now, funding is critically short, and we urgently need your help to deliver this lifesaving aid at scale.
• $90 could provide up to 90,000 litres of clean drinking water.
• $160 could help provide 304 sachets of lifesaving therapeutic food.
• $311 could help education supplies to keep 40 students learning.
• $530 could provide lifesaving food and treatment that could help eight children with malnutrition.
