In 2014, Educ8 embarked on a journey with the goal of helping disadvantaged young women realize their potential in spite of their background, economic status and gender. After seeing 14 young women from Turkey with economic difficulties successfully complete Educ8 Program for a month in NY and London, we realized the impact of the program was beyond English language education. Together, we were able to transform the lives of bright and amazing young women and have touched the lives of many others who participated in this program. During a-month-long program, these women studied English, spent time with mentors in their fields of study, practiced English with native speakers and participated in field trips organized by our volunteers from different cultures and backgrounds. Everyone that was involved in this program made a huge difference in these young women's lives, helped expand their horizons and realize their potential.
We have continuously running Educ8 Empowerment Program for the past 3 years and we are dedicated to turning it into an annual program where the lives of young women are transformed each year to expand their horizons. We would like to develop new partnerships, fundraise, attract more volunteers and enhance our outreach.

Partner non-profit Organizations: I am delighted to announce that we will continue partnering with CYDD and TPF to further previous years’ success. Cagdas Yasami Destekleme Dernegi (CYDD-Association for the Support of Contemporary Living), a Turkish non-profit organization actively working on gender discrimination and illiteracy of women, will help with the initial selection of the young women who have economic difficulties and help with their travel arrangement. Turkish Philanthropy Funds (TPF), an NYC based public charity, has offered their support and network to make sure the maximum benefit can be achieved. All donations will be processed through TPF and are tax-deductible.
