Center for Learning Assistance Program came into existence by the organisation during the period of Covid- 19 pandemic. To support the student in their basic education,to increase and develop an interest in education. We try to learn students with various methods like games, activities, role plays, visuals and by use of Teaching Learning Material(TLM) . During the field visits by our team, we found poor learning processes of children due to irregularity in their school attendance; parents do not have enough time for their children's studies due to their own livelihood; children start to work at the age of study to help their family. Due to migration, their study get disturbed and they do not get a basic education. Can't do basic math and can't even write properly in their mother tongue. With the help of these learning centres, students improved their education according to their age and standard curriculum so that it was felt that students and their parents are now taking interest for educational purposes. Students started coming to the centre on a regular basis. According to him, these centres should be continued even after the schools have started and the organisation should start the centre where there is such a need. So, the organization formulated the program and named it “Learning Assistance”.

The purpose behind this program
● Parents become sensitive to their children's education and get involved in their
learning process.
● The basic mathematics and mother tongue level is appropriate for his age and
standard.
● Teaching according to interests. To provide an environment for free speaking ( He can
present his smallest issues or problems to the assistant freely ). Fear of school goes
away, and love to go to school.
● Students will be able to identify their own abilities, develop an appetite for new
learning and be supported in learning.
● Learning Assistants and students as learning partners.
● The centre will not ask for any homework or practice before or after the learning
activities, only during the centre time.

Gender Education: This is an action research programme to develop a scalable model for engaging boys to prevent violence and discrimination against women and girls in India. The programme primarily focuses on adolescents from low-income communities in the age group of 13-17 years. It provides boys with knowledge, skills, leadership and peer support to challenge existing gender norms. The programme ensures that just like boys and men, women and girls are free from gender-based violence and feel safe from the threat of such violence in the communities where the programme is implemented.
Hariraj Charitable Trust works to develop a scalable model for engaging adolescents to prevent violence and discrimination against women and girls. We primarily focus on boys (but mentors can also involve girls if needed) aged 13-17 years. It provides knowledge, skills, leadership, and peer support to challenge existing gender norms. The programme operates to ensure that just like boys and men, women and girls are free from gender-based violence and feel safe from the threat of such violence. The program is facilitated by mentors trained to create safe and positive training spaces in which adolescent boys feel supported to learn about and debate issues in their community. Mentors deliver unique training where adolescent boys uncover how gender norms influence and shape specific role divisions and power relations. Boys concurrently go through a participatory process to reflect on their attitudes and behaviour and to become agents of change in their environment. The program ensures that boys don’t simply study equality but experience it. One of the critical aspects of the programme is at the end of each cycle. Participants take collective action to support women and girls in their community.

Environment-Friendly Farming: Agriculture activities are not new, and most people know that, but farmers face many complexities in the current phase. Recently, large production farmers have increased the use of chemicals like malathion, hydration, sulphate, etc., which creates hazardous effects on the health of humans, plants, and even soil. It causes cancer, damages the nervous system, causes paralysis, increases heart rate, causes respiratory treatment and other diseases, and decreases the natural quality of the soil. We aim to inform people that farmers adopt new farming activities that give maximum production and better quality with less use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides instead of biofertilisers.
To meet the challenges and issues farmers face at the current level, some actions are taken at the ground level. For the last 30 years, Hariraj has been working for the betterment of farmers and serving in various ways.

Support farmer producers' organisations for agriculture extension: Primary producers' company that enables farmers to realise higher returns to increase their productivity through efficient, less expensive, and sustainable resource use. Farm producer organisations are believed to help create a prosperous and sustainable agriculture sector. Small and marginal farmers face many challenges. This organisation will help him overcome challenges like Agri inputs market access.
Producer organisations registered under the Companies Act formed by the Institute have introduced community capacity. Support is required for their initial period. Hariraj Trust assists in the necessary training, legal compliance, and formulation of business development plans/market strategies.

General Funds: General funds are required to meet the budgets and contingency operations of the above activities carried out by the objectives of the organisation and the changes in them and compliance with organisational norms and office expenses.
