We are only as strong as the communities we serve and want to develop partnerships with others who also value our community heroes.

Founded in 1983, First Command Educational Foundation (FCEF), a 501(c)(3) public charity, provides exceptional financial education and scholarships that open doors, creating opportunity for our military community members to help better provide for their families and communities today and tomorrow.

Thanks to the generosity of individual and corporate donors and sponsors, we continue to create and maintain financial readiness programs such as TAKE COMMAND® that provide the knowledge and skills necessary to help service members and their families make informed, intelligent financial decisions during all career and life stages, helping to alleviate stress and uncertainty.

Along with community partners, FCEF has provided more than $5.3 million in scholarships to those seeking undergraduate, graduate, or trade school degrees since 1983. A college or trade school degree transforms lives, lifts families, and helps secure the future.
