Mentorship Program for Newly-Appointed Rural School Teachers

Teachers in their first years are most likely to be appointed in rural areas. Once appointed, they are faced with unique challenges, but they also have many advantages that are specific to rural conditions.

The program focuses on bringing newly-appointed rural school teachers together with their experienced colleagues through the one-on-one mentorship program.

During the program 45 mentor teachers, who are experienced in teaching at rural schools will be trained by KODA and in return, they will mentor their newly-appointed colleagues for their personal and professional development.

$170 covers the support of 1 rural school teacher's mentorship program.
