#ipCenter is the first phase of the large-scale #ipLabProject, which serves as the foundation (literally) for all the activities of our Organization.
Construction of the building started in 2013, and since 2015, it has been providing assistance to over 5000 people. After 10 years, the building is in need of renovation and restoration works.
This year, the team of volunteers, specialists, and the leadership of "Inclusive Practices" managed to carry out minor repairs and acquire some equipment:
• Painting of individual rooms;
• Replacement of faucets, toilets, showers;
• Replacement of doors;
• Construction of additional walls;
• Furniture repair, etc.
However, the building requires more extensive works, which cannot be accomplished without the help of sponsors and professional builders:
BUILDING RENOVATION WORKS - TOTAL AMOUNT - $27,349
• Facade works (insulation with panels, painting);
• Interior works (plastering, priming, painting);
• Replacement of windows;
• Replacement of boilers (hot water heaters).

Update as of October 30, 2023.
Hooray! The BUILDING RENOVATION WORK has finally started!
We want to express our immense gratitude to everyone who contributed to this important campaign – volunteers, families with special needs children, professionals, and, of course, our compassionate donors.
The total budget for the Center's renovation is an impressive $27,349 USD. However it was critically important to raise $5,500 USD by mid-October to ensure the protection of our home from winter weather.
We would like to extend a special thank you to one of our donors who made a decisive contribution, allowing us to begin the work on restoring and insulating the facade. Thanks to their generous donation, we were able to procure a quarter of the necessary construction materials. With the dedicated volunteer team, we are set to complete the insulation of the first wall of our international training center this week.

Of course, there are still tasks ahead, including priming, painting and waterproofing. Out team is full of determination and enthusiasm as every day, we take small yet significant steps toward our ultimate goal.
We do have many tasks remaining, but we believe that every great endeavor begins with the first step. For us, this first step was closing the initial sum of $5,500.
We believe this is just the beginning, and together with you, we can raise the remaining $21,850 and complete all tasks related to the BUILDING RENOVATION:
• Facade work (insulation and painting).
• Interior work (plastering, priming, painting).
• Window replacement.
• water heater replacement.
Thank you for your compassion and support. Together, we can do this! After all, the first step always makes all the difference on a journey of a thousand miles.
