Support Kyiv's Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital

by Nova Ukraine

ONGOING SITUATION- On July 8, 2024 our hearts are heavy as we share the devastating news of a Russian missile strike on Ohmatdyt Children's Hospital, Ukraine's largest pediatric facility. This brutal attack has taken the lives of 19 people in Kyiv, including innocent children and medical staff. The hospital, crucial for cancer treatments and organ transplants, sustained severe damage, leaving many young patients in critical need of evacuation.
People are trapped under the rubble of the building, and the exact number of victims is currently unknown. It is already clear that this is one of russia’s largest war crimes since the full-scale invasion began.
Nova Ukraine stands in solidarity with the victims and is committed to providing immediate humanitarian assistance. We urgently call on our community to help us support these children and their families in their time of need.

The hospital was critically damaged by a missile attack, affecting crucial areas and equipment. The urgent needs include:
* Basic Necessities: Immediate needs for food, water, and medicine to support patients and staff.
* Reconstruction: Immediate funds are needed to rebuild walls and windows.
* Equipment Replacement: Essential medical and office equipment needs replacement.
* Patient Safety: Provision and enhancement of safe spaces for the injured and vulnerable patients and their families.

Your support is also crucial in supporting first responders who are tirelessly working to ensure the safety and care of all patients during these challenging times.
Together, we can bring hope and relief to the children and families at Okhmatdyt Hospital. Please consider making a donation today.
Thank you for standing with us and for your unwavering support.
