White Bear Center for the Arts (WBCA) was founded in 1968 to create access to arts experiences throughout White Bear Lake and the surrounding region. WBCA offers approximately one thousand annual arts opportunities through year-round art classes for children, adults, and families, as well as art exhibitions, outreach programs, and other arts events.
