Six months since the devastating conflict in Gaza started and tragically, more than 32,000 people have been killed and over 2.2 million people have been affected.
Intensive bombardment has displaced over 1.9 million Palestinians in Gaza, most of whom are now forced to live in camps, with little to no access to medical care, water or food.
Starvation is imminent. Disease is rife. Thousands of innocent lives including children are in immediate life threatening danger.
Despite the enormous challenges in delivering aid, we can confirm CARE is responding directly to this crisis in Gaza and is now able to ensure vital humanitarian aid will get to where it is most needed.

Care Australia is working with CARE Palestine/Gaza to deliver aid directly to the people of Gaza. Funds raised in this restricted appeal will be used to respond to this humanitarian crisis. Should circumstances prevent us from delivering this aid directly to Gaza / Palestine, funds will be used to support CARE’s other humanitarian operations.
