Since 2009 we have partnered with Diane Lower and her family to honor the memory of her husband, Dallas Lower’s commitment to the mentorship of new financial advisors. The endowment scholarship is specifically for First Command Financial Services Advisors and Field Support Staff pursuing professional degrees and designations.
