INTERNSHIP AT IP LABORATORY "EMPATHY AND INCLUSION"

RELEVANCE:
Contemporary society faces challenges of social alienation, leading to anxiety, depression, and difficulties in establishing empathetic relationships. These issues are particularly acute in inclusive communities. Our online internship focuses on restoring empathy as a key component of healthy relationships. The program ensures understanding and overcoming social, psychological, and mental barriers faced by individuals with various forms of disabilities.

FOR WHOM:
The internship is designed for those seeking to overcome social, psychological, and mental barriers, especially individuals with physical or intellectual differences (autism, Down syndrome, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, developmental motor delay, blindness, cerebral palsy, etc.).

INTERNSHIP GOALS:
• Improvement of physical and psychological well-being through empathetic rehabilitation.
• Development of participants as empathetic leaders.
• Overcoming barriers of alienation and applying the principles of empathy as a key component of healthy relationships.

OUR TRAINERS:
The trainer team consists of mothers raising children with developmental differences. Each trainer is a practitioner specializing in the development of inclusive communities. Behind each mother is a unique journey, encompassing personal, professional, and family aspects.

INTERNSHIP RESULTS:
• Restoration and improvement of physical and psychological health.
• Professional progression from intern to tutor at the IP Laboratory "Empathy and Inclusion."
• Social positioning as a leader in the field of empathy, capable of imparting universal skills in managing the empathetic mechanism to others.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
Physical Rehabilitation: Addressing functional limitations and restoring health.
Theoretical Classes: Study of neurophysiological processes supporting empathy.
Practical Training: Development of physiological state management skills and training in empathetic connectivity.

PROJECT BUDGET: $9,000
The cost of one certificate for a three-month training program is $300, totaling $9,000 (for 30 certificates) per quarter or $36,000 annually to educate 120 individuals with disabilities.
