Teen Health’s mission is to ensure that vulnerable youth and transitional-aged young adults (ages 13–24) have consistent, equitable access to the nutritious food, beverages, and essential wellness products they need to thrive. We believe that access to healthy, nutritious food is a basic human right—and that every young person deserves the foundation of health and stability to reach their full potential.

Through partnerships with over 250 natural product vendors and a growing network of 50+ agency partners, we secure and deliver essential goods—ranging from fresh foods and beverages to supplements, personal care items, and household necessities. Our programs focus on consistently distributing curated wellness gift bags and bulk products to community-based organizations serving underserved and disadvantaged youth.

Teen Health operates at the intersection of health equity, food justice, and youth empowerment. By removing systemic barriers to wellness, we are helping build a future in which no young person is held back by lack of access to nutrition and self-care resources. As we scale our efforts, we are preparing to expand our model across the United States in 2025—driven by the vision of a world where every young person, everywhere, has the chance to live a healthy, hopeful life.
