The global health crisis we are experiencing is unprecedented and affects us all.

The Covid-19 epidemic knows no borders and in the countries where our worldwide organisation is interventing it is affecting populations already in difficulty.

For nearly 40 years, Action Against Hunger has been working as closely as possible with vulnerable people in all contexts. Our expertise in the field of health and nutrition but also in the field of water, sanitation and hygiene gives us the means to act in prevention and response to this health crisis.

Our teams are mobilized in Italy and in our 50 missions in Asia, central, east and west Africa, Middle East, Europe and Americas to reinforce the deployment of specific activities in water, sanitation and hygiene (distribution of hygiene kits, access to water, raising awareness of barrier gestures, strengthening local health systems) and thus deal with the epidemic.
