SIXKNM Self-Help Group

SIXKNM is a Kenyan grassroots organization based in Nakuru County that helps people build meaningful lives, through catalyzing practical, innovative and scalable solutions to local challenges by connecting human and information resources to those who need them. We leverage the insight gained through our research networks and programs with competing viewpoints to construct creative programs initiatives. We pursue effective informative research undertakings and access the resources required to create ever-expanding opportunities to our broader communities. SIXKNM was founded in year 2012 by seven college graduates with different professional backgrounds and work experiences with diverse projects in Kenya; the motivation to found SIXKNM was in their desire to create a platform that connect human and information resources to those who need them. We believe our work in these critical program areas will lead toward systemic change that improves the lives of people, strengthens communities and fosters the creativity for social change.
