UPDATE:
In the recent academic year 2024–25, our after-school tuition program successfully supported 176 students, significantly improving their academic performance. Motivated by this impact, we’re excited to share that the program is now expanding to three additional villages.

Looking Ahead – Academic Year 2025–26 Goal:

"Educating 200 Underprivileged Students across 5 Rural Areas"

We aim to reach 200 students in two villages of Kundrathur block (Kancheepuram District) and three remote villages in Thirukazhukundram block (Chengalpet District), Tamil Nadu, India. Our goal is to ensure these children receive continuous academic support and holistic development opportunities, including essential life skills to build their confidence and character.

These students come from low-income households, many of which are single-parent families. With parents often working late hours, children are left without academic support or supervision after school. Our after-school centers will offer a safe, structured, and supportive environment—nurturing both academic success and emotional well-being.

Program Highlights:
• A platform to bridge learning gaps, boost confidence, and nurture potential
• Life skills sessions to support personal and social development
• Local tutors (5 in total) hired from within the same communities to ensure relatability and trust

Objectives:
• Provide educational and emotional enrichment beyond school hours
• Help underprivileged children excel academically and prepare for future opportunities
• Strengthen community engagement by employing local educators

Beneficiaries:
• Students from Grade 1 to Grade 12 in five rural locations.
• Total: 200 underprivileged students

Program Budget – What We Need for One Year (5 Centers):
• Tutor’s Salary: ₹3,500 / $42 per month
• Total for 5 Tutors: ₹17,500 / $210 per month
• Annual Requirement: ₹2,10,000 / $2,520
