For the past 15 months, the children of Gaza have lived through a nightmare. More than 17,818 children have already been killed—each one a tragedy no family should endure. Those who survive face hunger, disease, and trauma beyond imagination.
As of January 7th, with your support, we’ve reached more than a million people in Gaza with food, clean water, emergency medical care, and psychosocial support.
The prospect of a pause in hostilities offers a further glimmer of hope. But hope alone is not enough.
The Children of Gaza Need Action.
Our teams are working with local partners even now to get life-saving supplies into the hands of children and families who need them the most. We are ready with pre-positioned essentials like food, water, and medical supplies, for entry points to be opened and aid flows to increase. As the situation evolves, we’re prepared to begin recovery efforts, including restoring essential services, helping children get back to learning, and scaling up psychosocial support.
The children of Gaza and the wider region deserve peace and a future free from violence. They deserve a childhood.
