She Loves Data is a global non-profit movement that makes data, AI and leadership learning accessible to women and minorities. Through free workshops, mentoring, career support and community events, we help participants develop practical skills and gain the confidence to progress in their professional journeys.

Our programs are designed to make technical concepts approachable and to open pathways to new roles, responsibilities and leadership opportunities. Our global community creates a supportive environment where learning is encouraged, questions are welcome, and women can connect with peers, mentors and industry partners.

As a volunteer-powered organisation, we rely on the commitment of our community and partners. Contributions help us deliver high-quality workshops, maintain the tools that support our programs and cover essential operating costs, enabling us to offer free learning around the world.
