Call to advance Rights, Justice, and Action for All women and Girls this International Women's Day 2026

Annually, our women-led nonprofit proudly commemorates International Women’s Day, uniting women from Self-Help Groups, unorganized sectors, and marginalized communities in a vibrant celebration. The 2026 event will embrace the United Nations theme:

“Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls”

This gathering serves as a platform for solidarity and awareness, featuring cultural performances, including dance, music, drama, and skits, showcasing the voices and talents of women.

Honoring Women Change-Makers
We take this opportunity to recognize dedicated women social workers who have made a significant impact on women’s empowerment. These changemakers will be honored with the Best Humanitarian Award as a token of appreciation for their relentless service.

Empowering Women Throughout March 2026,
In addition to the main event, we will conduct comprehensive programs throughout March, covering Key Activities (Rights – Justice – Action Framework)

1. RIGHTS | Awareness & Voice
- Sessions on women’s rights, dignity, and access to opportunities
- Community dialogues amplifying women’s voices and experiences

2. JUSTICE | Equity & Inclusion
- Discussions on economic justice, financial independence, and inclusion
- Recognition of women overcoming structural barriers

3. ACTION | Skills, Livelihoods & Leadership
- Skill demonstrations (Tailoring & Aari Embroidery)
- Exhibition and promotion of women-made products
- Linkages to livelihood and income-generation opportunities
