Through the magic of technology, Lifelites gives life-limited and disabled children using hospice services opportunities they wouldn't otherwise have.

Lifelites donates and maintains specialist entertainment and educational technology packages for these young people to learn, play, be creative, control something for themselves and communicate - for as long as it is possible.

We research the latest inclusive technologies, fundraise for them, install them, train the care staff how to use them to get the best out of them for the children they work with and maintain them so they are kept in good working order for these children for whom every second counts.

Our donations include the amazing Eyegaze, helping locked in and non-verbal children to use a computer just with the movement of their eyes to play games with their brothers and sisters or even communicate. We give them Magic Carpets to bring the outside world in to those whose lives are necessarily restricted by their conditions. They can play with a projected image which responds to their movements and splash in the sea, kick up leaves or even play virtual football. Our mobile accessible gaming package takes the world of entertainment to them, even if they can't get out of bed. Everything we do is aimed at ensuring that whatever their abilities, there will be something in the Lifelites donation that will help them join in with the world around them, relax with their families at what is often a very difficult time for them all.

We do this for all 10,000 children at every one of the 60 baby and children's hospices across the British Isles. So wherever you are, there will be a Lifelites project for children near you.
